OinkLedger Terms of Service

Last updated: June 7, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OinkLedger, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Purely Educational & Fictional Nature

IMPORTANT: OinkLedger is a 100% simulated, fictional ledger environment.

  • NO REAL MONEY or real currency is ever deposited, stored, transferred, or processed.
  • All balances, allowances, interest credits, transaction rewards, and APY rates are entirely virtual, fictional figures used as part of financial literacy games.
  • OinkLedger is not a bank, financial institution, credit union, broker-dealer, or money transmitter. You cannot link real bank accounts, debit cards, or financial credentials, nor can you ever redeem virtual balances for real-world currency or goods.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Parents, guardians, or teachers (Admins) are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for supervising all activities under the virtual profiles they create for children or students. Admins are solely responsible for verifying completed tasks, establishing reward parameters, and managing internal ledgers.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

OinkLedger is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall OinkLedger, its developers, or owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including database corruption, service interruptions, or simulated balance discrepancies.

5. Changes to the Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
